It’s the first time that I’ve baked dumplings.

Sep. 25

Today’s dish

Edamame

Morokyu

Mizuna, Steamed-scallops, Broccoli, and Shirasu

Cold Tofu

Osho Gyoza

I always order Osho’s dumplings on Uber, but today I baked raw dumplings at home to take home from the store.

It’s surprising to me, but it’s the first time in my life that I’ve baked dumplings.

Dumplings were daimajo’s specialty, so I had never baked them.

I searched for how to bake Osho dumplings on the Internet and tried baking them.

Okay, baked. Regardless of how it looks, freshly baked dumplings are delicious.

From now on, I will bake dumplings at home.

Today’s Wine

La Font de L’Olivier Cotes de Thongue Grenache Blanc 2023 2,480 yen

Yesterday, I bought this Languedoc natural wine at Todaya in Itabashi.

Cotes de Thongue is a lesser-known district in Languedoc.

It seems to be an area adjacent to the famous wine produce area of Faugeres.

La Font de L’Olivier is a master of natural wines producer.

It seems that it is made from the old vine’s Grenache Blanc naturally without any intervention as much as possible.

Yes, I can understand it.

I felt the very gentleness and mellowness taste and flavor.

It is pure and has a soft mineral feel.

Actually, I felt a little unwell in my stomach today, so I thought about stopping drinking wine, but this wine is fine.

It’s completely fine. I think I can drink it all at once.

Todaya’s wine is really delicious no matter what you buy.
