Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2023 1,380 yen
It is a white wine from Languedoc-Minervois.
I like this one.
I felt rich fruits flavor, moderate acidity, and a clear minerality.
It has a pure and clean mouthfeel, but you can also feel the thickness of the pulp.
It is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay, but the so-called varietal characteristics are not felt at all.
It is a sustainable wine that has acquired HVE Level 3.
