It was the last day for Foodex Japan 2016.
After the event, we received Joan to the shop and held a staff wine seminar.
It was a very special opportunity for us to have a lecture directly from the owner of the winery.
We were sure again the high quality of Grimau wine by the tasting.
Especially, we were impressed in the wonderfulness of Gran Reserva and Chardonnay 2014 which we don’t import yet.
I cooked dinner Temaki-Sushi.
I know Julia and Joan love sushi.
However, it was the first time that they had have a Temaki-Sushi.
They looked to enjoy the sushi deeply.
It was the heavy job to cook sushi for 12 persons.
They ate up all of the sushi I cooked.
I prefer to enjoy wine with good foods than to study wine.
