I’ve been preparing Oden since yesterday.
It tastes better if you let it sit overnight.
The beverage that goes best with oden maybe Japan sake, after all.
I combined the Koshino-Kanbai Bessen that I bought at Odakyu OX.
It is light and dry, full of puffy flavor.
The over-the-counter price of 1,300 yen is a bargain.
In the past, bad people raised the price, and I think it was about 10,000 yen.
Well, the wine drank Bordeaux rose, too.
Although it is a bottle without a label, it is a rose from Chateau Fondgrave 2022.
It is a sustainable wine made from 100% Merlot.
This is, surprisingly, perfect for Oden.
Oden and dry rose wine was a new frontier.
