At this time, there was an event called “Chicken Grilling Day” at my hom. However, daimajo-sama needed nursing care and was no longer able to grill a chicken.
Today, I cooked the herb-grilled chicken instead.
The appetizer is Madai Carpaccio.
The salad includes salmon, prosciutto, avocado, tomato, broccoli, La France, and orange.
It’s a treat.
I also connected with my grandson, Jin-kun who lives in Osaka, online on my computer.
The sparkling wine was Oriol Rossell.
The wine was Chase the Grape.
My son, Dai Naito produced the Chill Red, which he made it two years ago, and the Albarino, which he made last year.
The day of grilling the chicken was canceled, but tonight we had a good time.
