My Acqua Pazza is delicious.

1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV 1,200 yen

It is a white wine made from 100% Ribolla Gialla, a local grape from northern Italy.

I felt aroma of fresh grapes, natural fruits flavor, pleasant acidity and firm minerality.

The refreshing taste is unique to white wines from northern Italy.

It’s been a long time since I’ve drunk it, but it’s still delicious.

I drank it in no time.

2nd Palazzi Nero D’Avola 2021 1,100 yen

It is a red wine made from 100% Nero d’Avola, a local grape from Sicily in southern Italy.

I felt ripe black berry fruits, mild acidity and mellow tannins.

It is a very well-balanced red wine with a smooth mouthfeel.

I also drank this for the first time in a long time, but it is still delicious.

Today I drank wines from the north and south of Italy.

Both were perfect for the Acqua Pazza.
