It’s getting very busy.
There are too many things to do, and it’s a lot of work.
Today’s dinner was Sukiyaki.
Japanese black beef. It is a brand called Kurohana-gyu from Oita.
It was the first time I ate it.
It was a delicious meat with mainly lean meat.
1st Tortues en Crique Sauvignon Blanc 2022 1,280 yen
It is my house wine from Languedoc.
I felt plump fruit flavor reminiscent of white peach, firm acid and fluffy minerality.
It has a very pure and natural mouthfeel.
It’s my usual wine, but today I was reminded that it is a good wine.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2023 1,080 yen
This is also my usual wine.
It is so delicious that I am impressed whenever I drink it.
Fruitiness, acidity, good astringency, moderate body, and all the taste elements are very well balanced.
This red wine was perfect for Sukiyaki.
