Mizutaki-Nabe for the first time this season

Yesterday’s midsummer day has turned into a chilly day.

 

 

For dinner, I had a Mizutaki-Nabe for the first time this season.

 

 

In the morning, I took a soup by stewing chicken stock and chicken skin.

 

 

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a hot pot, but it’s still delicious.

 

 

From now on, will my family cook hot pot at a pace of about once a week?

 

 

 

1st Kamakura Winery Chardonnay 2022

It is a white wine made from Chardonnay from Yamagata by a small winery newly built in Hase, Kamakura.

It took a skin contact from a week before fermentation.

A light amber hue derived from sulfite-free brewing.

I felt gentle fruits flavor, mild acidity and minerality that permeates the heart.

It has a fragile taste that is prepared with grapes, and I think it is controversial, but I like it very much.

I thought about drinking some natural red wine, but there was no suitable wine in my stock.

So, I decided to go with the usual ordinary Languedoc wine.

It’s usually delicious.
