Even though we are about to enter the end of October, the maximum temperature in Tokyo was over 30 degrees Celsius.

What will happen to the Earth in the future?

 

 

Today, it’s Seafood Chirashi-Sushi.

 

 

The vinegared rice was mixed with Ohba and Ginger and topped with chopped Nori.

 

 

Tuna head, Yellowfin Tuna, Sea Bream, Norwegian Salmon, Aji and Shrimp

 

 

Chirashi-Sushi without olive oil and balsamic is a rarity in my house.

The sushi served with soy sauce and wasabi is also delicious.

 

 

Today’s Wine

Jeff Carrel Point de Vue Blanc 2022  3,200 yen

I bought it on the recommendation of “Wine Shop Todaya” in Itabashi.

It is a natural wine from Languedoc.

It is a blend of 75% Riesling and 25% Chardonnay.

Wine consultant Jeff Carell has named this unique wine as his “point of view”.

I felt thick fruits flavor reminiscent of nectar, beautifully stretched acid, and rich minerality.

It is a full-bodied white wine, but when I put it in my mouth, there is no resistance at all, and it passes through and down the throat.

Then, the pleasant feeling permeates the body.

It was perfect for today’s seafood flyer sushi.

 

 

Today, there is only one bottle of wine.

Before drinking wine, I had a little sake.
