Mediterranean-style Chirashi-sushi

Oct. 5

It was a chilly rainy day.

I had forgotten about the feeling of being cold.

The sunset time was surprisingly early.

It’s autumn, isn’t it?

Today’s dish, it’s Mediterranean-style Chirashi-sushi.

This is more of a summer staple.

It’s time for starting the Nabe, isn’t it?

1st Bodegas Enguera Finca Enguera Blanc NV 1,890 yen

I bought it on the recommendation of Wine Shop Todaya.

It is an organic wine from the Mediterranean region of Valencia Spain.

I’ve been thinking about going with Mediterranean-style Chirashi-sushi for a long time.

It is made from 100% of the local variety Veldil.

It is a grape variety that I do not know. I drank for the first time.

I see, I see.

I felt refreshing and fresh aroma, firm fruits flavor and acidity.

The more I drank, the more aromatic and pure fruits flavor came up.

It is a good wine.

With the Mediterranean connection, it was perfect for today’s sushi.

2nd Tortues en Crique Merlot Cabernet 2022 1,200 yen

It is a red wine from Languedoc, which is connected to the Mediterranean.

It is the usual Relax Wine original.

Mainly after eating sushi, I tasted this one.

It was as delicious as usual, and I was delighted.
