It’s the summer solstice.
The summer solstice is sober, isn’t it?
On the winter solstice, you can take a bath in a yuzu bath and eat pumpkins, but there is nothing special on the summer solstice, right?
Today is a No Wine Day.

Today, I had a Temaki-Sushi.
At Hokushin Suisan in the Odakyu Department Store Machida store, I bought a special sale fish.
The freshness was outstanding.
Kihada-Maguro from Kanagawa and Sashima, Kochi from Aichi, Silver Salmon from Miyagi, Bonito from Sanriku, Sawara from Toyama, Raw Shirsu from Sagami Bay, Octopus from Hokkaido
7 pieces of sashimi and 3,500 yen including tax is unbeatable.
It was Delicious!
1st Baron de Beau Rond Blanc 2020 950 yen
It’s a special Temaki-Sushi, but the wine is the usual house wine.
It was a white wine from Languedoc.
It’s as delicious as ever.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Syrah 2022 1,050 yen
What? Is Syrah with Temaki-Sushi?
You may have thought, but this vintage MBR Syrah has a plenty fruity taste.
The mouthfeel is also smooth and cool.
I chilled it well and combined it with sushi, this was perfect.
It went especially well with bonito and silver salmon.
