It was a good weather after the rain from yesterday.
We are in the middle of Golden Week.

Kagoshima Black Pork Tenderloin and Apple Saute
It was delicious today, too.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Rose 2022 1,050 yen
I chose a rose wine to match the color of bonito.
The rose of Marquis de Beau Rond is really delicious.
I felt sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of apricot, clean acid and rich fruit taste.
Also I felt a very nice after-taste, fresh and pure mouthfeel.
Again, this rose is pretty good.
2nd bottle Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2022 1,050 yen
Again, this Merlot is my most favorite red wine of the 2022 vintage of the Marquis de Beau Rond.
The elements of the wine’s taste, such as fruitiness, acidity, astringency and minerality, are really well balanced.
It is quite tasty.
As with the first rose, I would like you to compare it to the wine that costs about 2,000 yen.
