At a local supermarket, I got a Kama and an eyeball of Kagoshima Hon-Maguro.
The start dish was a marinade of Hotaru-Ika、strawberry and Hassaku-Orange.
Roast Vegetables
The kama and eyeballs were simply grilled with salt.
It was so delicious.

The first wine is Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay.
Due to the long-lasting super depreciation of the yen and the bad harvest, the price of Chardonnay in Languedoc soared.
It’s a double whammy, and the price is in jeopardy, but we’re doing our best.
I want to deliver this delicious Chardonnay at a reasonable price.

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2022 1,050 yen
Compared to Chardonnay, the local price increase of Merlot is still better.
But every time I see 1 euro = 164 yen on the news, my stomach hurts.
Is this super weak yen something that cannot be managed?
The wine is delicious.
I think it’s outstanding cost performance.
