I cooked a Kimchi-Nabe today.
This is the first hot pot dish in this season.
The Nabe is delicious.
It will appear every week from now on.
1st Belle du Sud Chardonnay 2022 1,078 yen
It is a 100% Chardonnay white wine from Languedoc, South-France.
Belle du Sud is a private brand wine developed and imported by Relax Wine for the supermarkets of the Seven & i Group.
This is also my house wine.
I felt plump fruits, citrus acid and pleasant minerality.
For a 1000-yen class Chardonnay, I think it is extremely high quality.
The depth of fines enveloped the spiciness of kimchi.

2nd Belle du Sud Pinot Noir 2022 1,078 yen
Belle du Sud red is 100% Pinot Noir from Languedoc.
It has a cool taste that you wouldn’t expect from Pinot Noir in the south of France with high temperatures.
I felt red berry-based fruits taste, neatly stretching acidity and comfortable aftertaste.
The deliciousness of Pinot Noir is beautifully expressed.
I think 1,000 yen is exceptional.
I enjoyed the Belle du Sud tonight as usual.
