I had a Sukiyaki dinner tonight.
I ate “Kurohana Beef” from Kumamoto Prefecture. It is Japanese black beef.
Red beef is famous for beef in Kumamoto, but recently it seems that there are new brands of meat in various places.
Kurohana beef, it was very tasty with a soft texture mainly lean meat.
1st Cescon Prosecco NV 1,650 yen
It is Prosecco from Veneto, Italy.
In Europe, it seems that it is selling explosively so much that it has become synonymous with sparkling wine.
In Japan, it is still not well known.
In the world of wine, the common sense of Japan is the insane of the world.
One of them is that rosé doesn’t sell very well.
I felt gentle babbles, pure fruits taste and refreshing aftertaste.
I am sure that this one is a very good sparkling wine.
2nd Rubaiyat Rouge 2017 1,950 yen
This red wine is made by Marufuji Winery in Katsunuma, Yamanashi Prefecture.
It is a blend of Merlot, Muscat Bailey A and Black Queen.
Speaking of red wines in Yamanashi, Rubaiart is outstanding.
It is released after 5 years of aging.
I felt elegant red fruit, beautiful acid, mild astringency and a smooth and pleasant mouthfeel.
It’s delicious. It has an outstanding sense of balance.
I think this price is extremely cost-effective.
It was perfect for today’s sukiyaki.
