I chose this Koshu blend rose wine imaging by the cherry blossom.
It is made from mainly Koshu with Muscat Bailey-A and Chardonnay.
I felt charming red fruits, nice acidity and minerals.
Tasty!
2nd Jeremie Huchet Chapeau Chenin 2020 2000 yen
I bought this white wine at Wine Shop Todaya in Itabashi.
The producer is as same as the red wine made from Pinot Noir & Gamey I tasted on 25th March.
It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown in Muscadet by organic method.
I felt very rich fruits, good citrus and fine minerals.
It is a very, very delicious wine, too.
