The photo is a cherry blossoms at Tokoin Temple near my home.
I went to Shin-Yurigaoka and had a nice sushi dinner at Sato.
I had the first Takenoko in this season.
Very nice!
Every dish was so delicious.
Sushi was outstanding!
1st Domaine Hase Fukuihara Rose MV 2750 yen
I brought this rose wine by imaging a cherry blossoms color.
It is made from Pinot Noir, Muscat Bailey-A, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate vineyards in Takayama Nagano.
MV means “Multi Vintage”, 2020 and 2021.
I felt very pure red fruits, charming acidity and good minerals.
So tasty!
2nd Furano Wine Pinot Noir 2020 3750 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyard in Furano Hokkaido.
I felt elegant fruits, soft acidity, light tannin and comfortable minerals.
The style is very pure and natural.
It was very good for sushi today.
It was a great dinner.
