Oh! February already has come!
1st Lieubeau Muscadet 2013 Sample Tasting
It is my most favorite winery in these days.
I love Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Sparkling Wine made by the winery.
However, the winey is a Muscadet producer in original.
Then the winery sent me three sample bottles of their Muscadet.
The first bottle was their standard range.
It was so nice, very nice.
I felt fresh aroma, clean fruits, nice citrus, beautiful minerals and a long after taste.
I deeply love this style of cool wine.
Wonderful!
2nd Chateau Fongrave Bordeaux Rouge 2011 1380 yen
It is truly fine Bordeaux rouge made by Francois, who is an old friend of mine.
He has his own 10 ha vineyards located in Saint-Macaire, where is on the opposite riverside of Sauternes.
I love this deep-dense fruits, elegant-delicate tannin and comfortable-long after taste.
I was sure again that it is outstanding Bordeaux rouge in this class.
