1st Turckheim Riesling 2019 1830 yen
This Riesling is really delicious!
I felt pure-clean fruits, elegant mouthfeel, beautiful acidity and very fine minerals.
When I taste this one, I am always sure that Riesling is a special grape variety.
It was truly delicious!
2nd al & dile Pinot Nero 2018 1650 yen
I chose this Pinot Noir made in Veneto because it was very good for the main dish today, I think.
The taste and flavor of red berries were very good for the blueberry sauce.
It is a very good Pinot Noir.
I am always admire this one when I taste this one.
