It is made from 100% Koshu grown in the estate vineyard in Katsunuma Yamanashi.
All of the grapes were fermented with maceration.
I felt rich fruits, charming-clean acidity and slight tannin.
This Koshu orange wine has been kept the evolution.
It was so tasty, very tasty!
2nd Joostenberg Chenin Blanc 2021 1450 yen
I chose this South Africa white wine for the Doria today.
It is made from 100% old vine Chenin Blanc grown in Paarl by organic method.
All of the grapes are picked up by hand and fermented by wild yeast.
I felt very rich fruits, beautiful acidity and very comfortable minerals.
The style is truly pure and natural.
It was outstandingly delicious, very good for the Doria today.
It has an extraordinary cost performance.
