Temaki-Sushi is my most favorite dish.

It is outstandingly pure & natural.

This one is a trial production of the winery, called LABO Series.
It is sold at only the winery.
I felt elegant fruits, delicate acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
It is a pretty Pinot Noir.
It is very good for Temaki-Sushi, too.
