Kizan Wine

It was Sunday after I came back from Osaka yesterday.

I was still recovering from the twice trips to Kansai last week.

Also, I had to work hard to clear the back jobs left from last week.

1st  Kizan Wine White 2020

It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Enzan Yamanashi.

It is one of my most favorite Koshu wines.

I felt pure fruits, clean citrus and fine minerals.

The price is under 1500 yen at the winery.

I always think the price is too much cheap.

 

 

2nd Kizan Wine Red 2020

The red is made from 100% Black Queen, a Japanese hybrid variety, grown in Enzan Yamanashi.

I had felt stronger acidity and spice before but the taste is very elegant now.

I felt pure fruits, good acidity and elegant tannins.

The mouthfeel was very well-balanced.

It is a very nice red wine, I think.
