I did good jobs.
1st Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée NV
I wanted to taste Champagne today.
Then I chose this one.
I knew again a fine Champagne was very special.
I enjoyed elegant babbles, delicious fruits, fine citrus and good minerals.
It is different from the other sparkling wines.
2nd Hokkaido Chuo Winery Pinot Noir 2018 3600 yen
Unfortunately, I opened some fine California Pinot Noir but it was corky.
Then I opened the next Pinot Noir.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Kimura Vineyard in Yoichi Hokkaido.
I like the elegant red berries, beautiful acidity, silky tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
It was a special wine, too.
I enjoyed very nice wines tonight.
