No Wine Day

It was the annual “The Roast Chicken Day” today at my home.
I don’t know the reason why we cook chicken in this season.
Year by year, the party scale becomes smaller, but we kept the event.
I cooked a starter plate.
Prosciutto, Salmon Marinade, Scallop Saute, Cheese, Nuts, Plum, Tomato, Pias, etc.
Daimajo-sama cooked a chicken every year.
The chicken roasted up very well.
Delicious!
Daimajo-sama baked a strawberry cake, too.
It was delicious, too.
1st Cescon Prosecco NV 1650 yen
I don’t know the reason why, but I always open a sparkling wine on “The Roast Chicken Day”.
This one is made by Alberto.
I like this Prosecco very much.
I felt delicate babbles, elegant fruits and comfortable mouthfeel.
It’ so nice and tasty.

2nd La Croix Gratiot Le Chant des Dolia Blanc 2017 4200 yen
La Croix Gratiot produces the Picpoul de Pinet, which is my most favorite white wine in Relax Wine.
It is the top cuvee of the winery made from 100% Roussanne grown in Languedoc by organic method.
The wine was matured in Dolia, which is a jar like an amphora.
Why this one is such delicious?
I felt super-elegant fruits, beautiful acidity and comfortable minerals.
The taste is truly special.
What a delicious wine is this!
