Kurambon Wine is a family-owned winery in Katsunuma Yamanashi established in 1913.
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamanashi.
It is a very pure white wine.
I felt very dry mouthfeel at first.
Then I found natural fruits, clean citrus and fine minerals.
The style is very good for foods, I think.
It was very good for the carpaccio I cooked today.
2nd Sakai Winery Mazekoze Wine NV 1870 yen
Sakai Winery is a family-owned winery in Akayu Yamagata established in 1892.
It is made from all grape varieties grown in the estate vineyards.
After they produces the first wines, which are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Muscat Bailey-A, Black Queen etc., this red wine is produced by the left over wines.
The taste is very pure and natural.
I felt charming fruits, good acidity, light tannin and good minerals.
The mouthfeel was very smooth and elegant.
I like this one very much.
So tasty!
