I got a very fresh fish hooked at the near sea.
I cooked it Carpaccio.
The topping was Melon.
It was so delicious!
1st Palazzi Catarratto NV 950 yen
It is made from 100% Catarratto grown in Sicilia.
It is my recent favorite wine.
The style is a typical Relax Wine, pure and natural.
I couldn’t find any off-flavor.
What a clean white wine is this!

2nd Crscon Cabernet NV. 1100 yen
It is made from 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Veneto.
It is my recent favorite wine, too.
It has a typical character of Cabernet’s aroma and flavor.
But the style is very light, cool and elegant.
It is very good for a chilly drinking.
Very good for Summer!
