Seafood Grill with Potato Gratin

1st Nostrada Macabeo Muscat 2019 890 yen
It is made from Macabeo and Muscat grown in Castilla Spain.
The taste is very fresh and dry.
I tasted this one with ice temperature.
It is a very nice white wine for this season.
2nd Nostrada Gold Label 2000 2200 yen
Because the first wine was a so simple style, I wanted to taste some fine-complex wine.
Then I opened this old vintage.
It is made from Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Campo de Borja Spain.
It has a very long maturing with in the vat for 13 years, in the cask for 3 years and in the bottle for 3 years.
I felt surprisingly fresh fruits even though a very old vintage.
Also I felt very nice-complex flavor because of long maturing.
It is so tasty!
