I had a walk along Aso River near my home.
I saw a lot of cherry trees in full bloom on both sides of the river.
Beautiful!
I cooked dinner.

1st Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2019 1430 yen
It is made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Viognier grown in South Rhone by organic method.
It is fermented with wild yeasts without sulfur and bottled by non-filtered.
I felt very natural-rich fruits, clean acidity and tender mouthfeel.
It is one of the most favorite white wines for daimajo-sama.
Very good!
2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2019 1430 yen
The red is made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grown in South Rhone by organic method, too.
Also, it is fermented with wild yeasts without sulfur and bottled by non-filtered.
I felt very concentrated gammy fruits, good acidity and elegant tannin.
It has both soft and solid taste.
Very good bio wine!
Even though I decide this price, I can’t believe the price under 1500 yen.
