I cut about half new branches of the vine in my garden.

1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarello-Muscat 2017 1180 yen + tax It is an organic white wine in Penedes Spain.
It is made from Xarello and Muscat grown in the estate vineyards.
I think it has a perfect balance for the fruits, acidity and minerals.
It is really pure and natural.
I’m always amazed at the high quality when I taste this one.
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot-Syrah-Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 1180 yen + tax The red is made from Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the estate vineyards by organic method.
I felt soft-mild tannin, charming red berries and black berries.
The balance is perfect, I think.
There were nothing to disturb my palate.
Tasty! What a tasty red wine is this!
