I found that the vine of Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden has buds.
1st Marusan Wine Hyaku Koshu 2019 1410 yen + tax
It is made from 100% Koshu by a small family winery in Katsunuma Yamanashi.
Mr. Wakao, who is owner, grape grower & winemaker, is a professional trombone player, too.
His wine is really pure and natural.
I can always see his grapes expression in the glass when I taste it.
The price is incredibly reasonable.
I think it is a kind of crime.
2nd Marusan Wine Hyaku Bailey-A 2018 1310 yen + tax Why the red wine is 100 yen cheaper than?
It is a light body style but never lean.
I felt really charming red berries and fine acidity.
I didn’t fell any labrusca smell or flavor.
It is a light body wine but truly fine red wine.
So tasty!
