This fine Muscadet is made by “Vignerons du Pallet”, which is a new corporative located in Le Pallet.
I felt very rich fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
I want to tell you such kind of decent Muscadet is very good.
I am sure that it is a really delicious white wine.
2nd Borgo di Colloredo Biferno Rosso 2010 3000 yen
This red wine is the top cuvee of the winery.
It is made from 50% Montepulciano and 50% Aglianico grown in Molise Italy by an organic method.
I felt very concentrated-elegant fruits, very good acidity, silky tannin and very comfortable-long after taste.
I think it is an outstandingly fine red wine in this class.
It was very good for Wagyu steak today.
So delicious!
