I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
So delicious!
1st Marusan Winery Koshu Hyaku 2017 1520 yen
Mr. Wakao, the owner & winemaker, produces this Koshu by strong grape pressing method.
Then his Koshu has a slight bitter and rich body.
Also his fine grape shows very nice fruits.
I think it is a very fine Koshu.
However, the price is jokingly reasonable.
Wakao family is one of oldest land owners in Katsumuna.
2nd Marusan Winery Bailey-A Hyaku 2017 1410 yen
The price of the red is more reasonable.
I also felt very good fruits thanks of very fine grapes.
The taste is very fine and charming.
It is a really tasty Muscat Bailey-A.
I want to recommend this for all Japan Wine lovers.
It was very good for sushi today.
