I cooked dinner, Mizutaki-Nabe.
I took a soup from chicken bones taking seven hours.

1st Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Chardonnay Sauvignon 2017 1380 yen
The cat hand white wine is made in Loire.
I felt nice fruits from Chardonnay and fine minerals from Sauvignon Blanc.
The grape variety blend is not so popular but it is a very good combination, I think.
It is very good for Nabe today.

2nd Araldica Piemonte Barbera 2016 1030 yen
The red is made in Piemonte Italy from 100% Barbera.
I felt charming red berries, nice acidity, elegant tannin and fine after taste.
Because the alcohol degree is low, I could drink this so easily.
It is very good for Japanese foods.
So nice!
