I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
It was the first Temaki-Sushi in this year.
Great!
1st Kizan Wine White 2017 1540 yen
It is made from 100% Koshu grown in Enzan Yamanashi.
I felt very clean fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
At first, it was a light style white wine.
Gradually, I felt a very big and deep fruits taste.
It was very good for Sushi today.
Kizan is so nice!
2nd Kizan Wine Red 2016 1540 yen
It is made from Black Queen, which is Japanese hybrid grape variety, grown in Enzan Yamanashi.
At first, I felt some reductive smell as usual.
After one minute, the smell disappeared and very rich red fruits appeared.
It has very strong acidity.
However, the acidity made a very good harmony with its big fruits.
It is a very elegant red wine.
Kizan is so great!
