I visited my father’s grave today.
1st Kawanishiya Ryu Tokubetu Junmai Omati 2014
It is very fine sake made by a small sake brewery in Yamakita, Kanagawa.
The owner of the brewery is my old friend.
He was my colleague in Mercian 30 years ago.
I bought it at the brewery in this month.
It is very difficult to get.
I like very much this clean and rich style.

I always wonder which wine I should choose after drinking sake.
Finally, I picked up this nice Pinot Noir made in Veneto Italy.
It is a very natural and elegant Pinot Noir.
