I organized a wine seminar for the sales staff of Hakutsuru Shuzo, which is the major sake brewery in Japan.
I was surprised at seeing a rice farm on top of the roof of the office building in Ginza.
They make sake from the rice grown in Ginza.
I had many, many wine seminars ever but it was the first time I had had a wine seminar for sake professionals.
I took a photo with Mr. Onodera, who is a director & Tokyo branch senior manager.
He is my old friend.
Fortunately, my talk seemed to be welcomed well.
After the seminar, we went to YMC and tasted several wines, which I talked about.
Then we enjoyed nice dishes and wines.
I was sure again that a drinking wine with nice foods was far better than a studying wine.
It was a very good job.
I want to be educated about sake by the staff of Hakutsuru next time.
