Chirashi-Sushi a la Mediterranean
It was the first time I had cooked Chirashi-Sushi in this year.
I have forgotten I could cook such nice dish.

1st Tenuta Carlini Pianeta Classico NV 4000 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the estate vineyards of the small winery in Marche Italy by organic method.
It was matured in 24 months during Champagne Method wine making.
I felt very small-elegant babbles, white flower aroma, very fine citrus and elegant minerals.
I am sure it is a really good sparkling wine.
Only 1500 bottles produced.
2nd The Grail Pinot Noir 2015 2000 yen New arrivals
The red is also made from 100% Pinot Noir grown by organic method.
It is made in Overberg South Africa, where is very popular Pinot Noir area recently.
It is a new wine which the first vintage is 2013.
We have just received the third vintage 2015.
The bottle has changed to heavy one and the cap has changed screw to cork.
The silhouette looks more expensive but we don’t change the price.
I felt a lot of good matured berries, rich body and silky tannin.
I am sure it is a very fine Pinot Noir.
The total production is around 5000 bottles.
I think the price is super reasonable!
