I was invited to “Chateau Clarisse” tasting lunch party at La Rochelle Minami-Aoyama.
Mr. Didier Le Calvez, who is the owner of winery, joined with us.
He bought this old winery & vineyards in 2010 and changed the vineyards and cellar a lot.
Chateau Clarisse is chose as “The Top 100 Bordeaux in 2015” by James Suckling.
We enjoyed very nice French cuisines with Chateau Clarisse.

Every bottle was very fine.
The style of them were cool & elegant.
I felt much elegance with young vintage than old vintage.
Especially, Vieilles Vignes 2015 was outstanding.
I felt I tasted as if some very fine Burgundy wine.
It was a very nice lunch party.
