今日は郡山。ヨークベニマル本社です。
月に一度のワイン講習会で講師を担当。
第三回目の今日のテーマはワイン産地。
主要な生産地の特徴について、ワインの試飲を交えて勉強しました。
テイスティングでは、ワタシの監修のもとグループが輸入する、ラングドックのワインのクオリティの高さを確認出来ました。
来月は、ワインのトレンドについての勉強をする予定です。

帰りの新幹線の待ち時間で、郡山駅構内のサイゼリヤで白ワイン。
新幹線の車内では、山梨県産のマスカットベーリーA。
ワタシ、おつかれさまでした。

No Wine Day

I went to Koriyama and visited to York Benimaru Head Office.
I had a wine seminar for the selected managers of their wine shops.
It was the third class following the last month.
The theme today was “Wine Produce Area”.
We lean about major areas by tasting several wines.
I think we did good jobs.
After the seminar, I tasted a decanter of Italy white wine and sake at Saizeriya in the Koriyama station.
I tasted Japan can wine on the Shinkansen train to Tokyo.
I think I did a good job!
